DIRECTOR/ FOUNDER  

Cecilia holds a degree in Film & TV Production, and a minor in Sociology. She is an alumna of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science, Gold program.  In 2018, Cecilia completed a year-long program funded by the Academy, which prepared her as an emerging director.  She believes that film and TV have the power to shape how people experience the world. We are living a golden age to transform media production in all ways possible, she states.  From how we plan a show to how we deliver it, the result should be inclusion. She has worked for Paramount Pictures in three different departments,.

PRODUCER
Fernanda Kelly is an actress, Emmy-winning TV host, and entrepreneur, born in San Diego, California, and raised in Tijuana, Mexico. As an actress, Kelly has been in more than a dozen stage productions, films, and tv commercials. During her 20 year career in the entertainment industry, Fernanda has led projects as a producer, writer, editor, field producer, and content creator.  
Fernanda Kelly is a 15-year practicing SGI Buddhist and has made her life’s mission to transform impossible to possible.

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY 

 Athena holds an MFA in Television, Film, and Theater production from California State University, Los Angeles. Her interests lie in bringing unique, honest, and modern stories to the forefront of entertainment. She works in both television and film, helping to bring other people's visions to the screen. Before studying at CSU, LA, she attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she studied film production and ethnic studies. There she gained an understanding of the Avante Garde and brought a creative and experimental edge to all of her work. Athena has a strong knowledge of color, composition, and how to create impactful imagery behind the lens. 

DEVELOPMENT

LaCreshia Griffin-Pope is a proud native of St. Louis, MO with a Bachelor's in Audio Production and Advertising/Marketing Communications from Webster University. Her career in entertainment began with her first internship as a summer Production Intern with BET Networks in LA, where she enjoyed her time helping the production team on the docu-series called "Vindicated." Back in St Louis, she obtained more internships with a local TV station, VH1, and HLN/CNN.  She was accepted to the 2018 Academy Gold program and interned at Telsey, where she assisted with casting and the audition process for "This is Us,” "RENT Live," and many more.  Later, she became a casting assistant intern for Emmy winning casting director Robi Reed at BET TV, where she supported auditions for "American Soul,” "Games People Play," among others.  Her goal is to use media to showcase her culture, people of color and bring more diverse stories to light. 

CASTING
Jade Hardy graduated from Howard University, where she studied media, journalism, and film with a concentration in film production and minored in sociology. Jade is passionate about producing media, content development, and finding talent for shows. Jade’s interest in casting stemmed from her desire for children to see diversity in the media. She believes that television and films are vital tools that shape children's self-esteem. If they cannot connect to characters on the big screen, they will be negatively affected. Jade aspires to change Hollywood, one face at a time. 

DIRECTOR/SCRIPT SUPERVISOR/EDITOR

  Ana Lorenz is a multi-award Spanish filmmaker based in Los Angeles, with a Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Communication and a Master's Degree in Film Direction. She has directed, written and edited short films that have won more than 30 awards in film festivals and competitions. As a director she has made commercials for international brands such as Lysol, eBay, King (Candy Crush), Air Raiders and Bridgestone. In 2019 she directed the second unit of a Spanish TV series.

Ana also has an extensive career as script supervisor in feature films, TV series, short films and commercials. Her background as director/editor helps her be a better script supervisor. The same way around, with her experience as script supervisor she has become a more efficient director by mastering audiovisual grammar. She has attended the prestigious Berlinale Talent Campus

SCOUT & LOCATION MANAGER
Lorena is a Mexican TV show and theater backstage manager and production coordinator. She is currently living in LA and has worked in Noches con Platanito for Estrella TV as Game Coordinator or as a Promotion and Marketing Coordinator at Hamman Al Ándalus in Madrid. She has also coordinated Tourism programs for Milenio TV, and in 2018 she was the Backstage Manager for the Short & Sweet Hollywood Theater Festival. 

COMPOSER/ MUSIC SUPERVISING

Karen Martinson is a multi-instrumentalist and composer from Ojai, California. She is currently a sixth semester piano principal at Berklee College of Music, where she is dual majoring in Film Scoring and Music Business/Management. She loves how music can help to tell and enhance the story of a film, and she hopes to pursue a career related to film scoring or music supervision 

SOUND DESIGN/RECORDIST/MUSIC

 Kai Scheer is sound editor and mixer who passionately believes in the power of sound. He graduated from the University of Washington and is now a sound editor at Sony Pictures. His extensive experience spans from live sound, music production, sound design, and recording. Kai values personal growth and team collaboration, as well as promoting LGBTQ diversity in the entertainment industry. He loves Rubik’s Cubes and Ugg slippers. 

ART DIRECTION
Alice Nicolini is an up-and-coming production designer and film director, currently completing her BFA program at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. She knows the basics of production design, set construction, set dressing, prop making, and costume design.  Alice has collaborated on more than 35 short films, including student projects and independent productions. In the summer of 2019, Alice completed the Academy Gold internship with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. As a Gold intern, she was selected for the Production Track, with a focus on production design. During the eight week program, Alice received guidance from Academy members and industry professionals. Recently, Alice has designed the feature film Sallywood with fellow Gold alum Izzie Mattox.
